Straits Talents is led by Alisa Almi, an independent coordinator focused on helping brands and production teams find the right people for their projects.
With a strong understanding of how casting and on-set workflows operate, she takes a practical, hands-on approach to sourcing and coordination — ensuring that each request is handled clearly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Alisa works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and translate them into well-matched profiles, whether for content production, campaigns, or live activations.
