We use encrypted communication and password-protected storage to protect data from unauthorized access.
Approved talent profiles are retained for as long as the individual remains under active representation or has indicated they wish to remain in our database. Applications that are rejected or not progressed are retained for 12 months after the final status decision, then deleted or anonymised. Accounts with no sign-in activity and no active application for 2 years may be deleted or anonymised after prior notice.
Client request data, including any uploaded brief or mood board files, is retained for 3 years from the date the request was closed or completed, to support potential disputes or follow-up enquiries. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
Support tickets are automatically closed 14 days after the last admin reply if no further messages are received. Closed ticket data is retained for the same period as other account data and is subject to the same deletion policy.
Application data entered before account creation is stored in your browser's local storage only and is not transmitted to our servers until you choose to submit or save your application.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to any individual, we will notify the affected individual(s) and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in accordance with mandatory breach notification requirements under the PDPA.
Incomplete talent applications that have been saved but not finally submitted will be retained for 14 days from the date the draft was last saved. If no submission is made within this period, the draft application and any associated user account created solely for this purpose will be permanently deleted, along with any uploaded files. You will receive an email reminder before deletion if a verified email address is on record.
If we determine, or you notify us, that data was submitted through the wrong form (for example, a talent applicant who accidentally used the client enquiry form), we will delete that submission and all associated data as soon as reasonably practicable, and no later than 14 days from the date of discovery or notification. The data will not be used for any purpose in the interim. To request deletion of a mistaken submission, contact us at legal@everydayinsg.com.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
You have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing at any time.
Withdrawal of consent may result in our inability to provide further services or consider you for future projects.
Where you withdraw consent under clause 8.3, we will cease using your personal data for new purposes within 14 calendar days of receiving a valid written withdrawal notice and will confirm this in writing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) if you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA. The PDPC can be contacted at www.pdpc.gov.sg. We encourage you to contact us first at legal@everydayinsg.com so we have the opportunity to address your concern directly.
Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you, including data obtained through third-party OAuth sign-in providers such as Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn.
To submit a deletion request, contact us at legal@everydayinsg.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Upon verification, we will permanently delete your account, profile data, uploaded media, and any associated records from our systems. We will confirm deletion by email once complete.
Deletion of your data will result in permanent loss of access to your account and all associated application or request history. This action cannot be undone.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and analyse traffic. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to collect anonymised usage data, including pages visited, time on site, and key interactions such as form submissions and registrations.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms linked in our communications.
In the future, additional third-party analytics or advertising pixels (such as Meta) may be deployed via Google Tag Manager. If that occurs, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those additions.
When you sign in using a third-party OAuth provider (Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn), that provider shares basic profile information with us. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your data during and after that process.
Cookies and Session Data
We use essential cookies that are necessary for the website to function. Authentication session cookies are set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in for up to 7 days after sign-in. We also use CSRF protection cookies for security purposes. These essential cookies do not require consent as they are strictly necessary to provide the service.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), deployed via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this website, including pages visited, time on site, and key interactions such as form submissions and registrations. GA4 cookies may persist for up to 2 years. You may opt out of GA4 tracking at google.com/settings/ads.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to your account. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites.
When you first visit this website, a notice appears at the bottom of the page informing you of our cookie use. Dismissing this notice records your acknowledgement in your browser's local storage. This is a UI preference only and does not constitute a formal consent record.
International Transfers
Some of our infrastructure and service providers — including Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Resend, and Google — operate data centres located outside Singapore. As a result, your personal data may be stored or processed outside Singapore in the course of providing our services.
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, in accordance with the Transfer Limitation Obligation.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
Continued engagement with our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Image and Media Release (Talent Applicants)
By submitting a talent application, you grant us the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, and other visual or audio materials (collectively, “Materials”) produced in connection with our representation of you. This right covers:
Display and publication on our websites, microsites, and digital platforms operated under our brands.
Posting on our social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Inclusion in digital and print presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials used to represent you or our talent pool to prospective clients and production companies.
Minor professional edits or retouching that do not materially alter your likeness or misrepresent you.
This right is granted for the duration of our representation of you. Upon termination of our representation, we will cease new uses of your Materials. Materials already published prior to termination may remain accessible unless you submit a written removal request, which we will action within 30 days, subject to technical feasibility.
The granting of this consent does not entitle you to any monetary compensation, royalties, or fees for our use of your Materials as described in this section. This does not affect any separate remuneration agreed in connection with specific paid bookings, which will be governed by individual booking agreements.
For applicants under 18 years of age, we will seek written approval from a parent or guardian before the minor attends any booking, casting, or assignment. We will not use a minor's Materials in any context that is inappropriate for their age. A parent or guardian may withdraw this consent at any time in writing with the same effect as described in clause 8.5.
The rights described in this section are formalised in the Talent Consent to Data and Media Use that talent applicants sign as part of the application process. In the event of any conflict between this section and the signed consent document, the signed document prevails.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Any disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Minimum Age
This website is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age without the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors acting independently.
Minors under 18 may submit a talent application only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who must complete Section B of the Talent Consent to Data and Media Use form. By completing that section, the parent or guardian confirms they have legal authority to consent on the minor's behalf.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that data promptly. To report such a case, contact us at legal@everydayinsg.com.
